Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all art prints. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
To begin the return process, contact us at corina@corinafoto.com. Returns must be approved and shipped to the address provided by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. After approval, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at corina@corinafoto.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized items, as well as sale items, cannot be returned. Please reach out if you have any questions about specific items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, though additional processing time may apply through your bank.
